Bench model Carimate in black lacquered wood with a glossy finish and a straw seat. The armrests and backrest are rectangular in section, with decorative "bulges" in the leg structure where the seat joins. The four legs are round.
Produced by Cassina in 1970s and designed by Vico Magistretti. The series' name refers to the original purpose of the piece, the Carimate Golf Club in Como, which Magistretti designed in 1959.
Good condition, with signs of use and age on the wood and straw.
