Set of eight small glazed ceramic head vases. The vases represent female faces of different ages and connotations, finely decorated with many details that make them realistic. One vase has a real necklace, another has real earrings and black plastic eyelashes and another has a kind of long-haired scarf.
Produced in the first half of the 1900s. Some of these vases can be found in the book "Head Vases - Identification & Values" written by collector Kathleen Cole and published by Collector Book in 1996, in order from left to right of the first photo they can be found respectively on pages 28, 102, 113, 76, 83. Under some vases there are logos of National Potteries Co., Enesco, Inarco and Made in Japan. The book is not for sale.
Good condition, with scattered signs of use and time, with slight lack of material and some discoloration.
